Josh Bays, Vice President of Operations/COO
Josh Bays has worked in the cabling field for nearly a decade and quickly worked his way up. Through hard work, incredibly high standards and attention to detail, he has set new standards for nearly every facet of cabling work. It was only a matter of time before he met Ron at a jobsite and the two have worked together for years now. Sharing the same entrepreneurship mentality as Ron, naturally Josh was going to join in a company that reflects the high standards he has grown accustomed to providing.

Aileen Casanave, General Counsel/VP of Business Development Aileen F. Casanave is General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development at Crimp Cabling Concepts. She oversees all legal matters and heads the company's new business development. Aileen is President of the Santa Clara County Black Lawyers Association, Co-Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion committee and Pro-bono committee of Association of Corporate Counsel – Silicon Valley and a recent Lecturer of Law at Santa Clara University School of Law. Ms. Casanave serves as member of the Board of Governors at the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Board member of the Public Interest & Social Justice Law Board at the University of Santa Clara School of Law.

Before joining Crimp Cabling, Ms. Casanave was the General Counsel at Five9 Network Systems, served in senior legal positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and was Corporate Counsel at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space where she had extensive experience in government and international transactions.

Ms. Casanave earned her bachelor's degree in political science from Vassar College and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
